Service Description

This workshop will be focused on teaching duo moves on lyra, trapeze, and silks! It's a 2 hour long workshop starting with the basics and slowly getting more advanced. No partner required, everyone will get the chance to work on a base or flyer position and we will do lots of moves that will work with same size partners in creating fun shapes! Challenge yourself to something new and fun with Cambria and Dana!
